Yes! If you don’t see an open role that suits you and your talents but you want to be considered for future opportunities at WeRoad, please submit your CV here. We will reach out to you if we think you’d be a good match for a role when it opens.

The short answer is we prefer you not. You can apply to any of our open roles by following the link on each job post on this page, or through open posts that you find on job sites (for example LinkedIn, Indeed, etc). We do ask that you apply via a job post as it enables us to process your personal data correctly & securely as GDPR requires.

Interviews can be nerve-wracking and most of us have had the “Oh I wish said that” after one! We want you to be able to answer our questions confidently and concisely, so while there are many different interview answer methods we recommend brushing up on one of our favorites, the STAR method (S- Situation, T- Task, A- Action, R- Result). These types of responses are clearly structured and really help to tell the story behind your answer.
We also recommend reading up on what WeRoad does, our values and thinking about how you align with our Culture Manifesto. -
Not during the same recruitment campaign, but if the position (or a similar one) becomes available again after a few months, yes, you are welcome to apply again. Who knows, second time could be the charm. However, bear in mind that the skills you possess may not be sufficient and you may need to gain further experience!
-
The timeline may vary depending on the position, but our aim is to complete the entire recruitment process within 6 weeks. We highly appreciate your flexibility and commitment to meeting all the milestones on time, and we make sure to reciprocate that commitment. Specific timelines/changes for each process will be provided at the beginning of the process.
-
Indeed, we do have our "standard" recruitment process in place, but it might be subject to adjustments based on the unique job opportunities. However, you will find all the pertinent details within the job description itself.
-
As per GDPR and our data protection policy, we will delete all your details and your application after 24 months. You can withdraw your application at any point via TeamTailor. Here are more information.
About WeRoad
What’s WeRoad, you ask? Great question. In a nutshell: we do group adventures. We group strangers together and help them share incredible experiences around the world together. The result? Lifelong friendships that blossom from a group of people who didn't know each other a few days before. Lovely, aint it?
