To be eligible for this selection process, you must have already taken part in at least one WeRoad trip (WeMeet or Weekend trips are not valid).

Have you already joined a WeRoad trip as a participant? Do you want to become a Travel Coordinator?

If you pass the Group Interview, you’ll officially become a Travel Coordinator and gain access to all Community events.

What’s different from the classic selection process?

1. You won’t need to take part in the Bootcamp — a 2-day offline, paid, limited-capacity selection event.

2.This selection path allows you to become a Travel Coordinator in a shorter time

Tour assignment conditions:

→ For your first tour, you’ll receive the WR package covered (the transfer to reach the destination and personal expenses will be at your own cost).

→ For your second tour, you’ll receive the WR package + the transfer to reach the destination + a flat-rate reimbursement.

→ From your third tour onwards, in addition to everything mentioned above, you’ll also receive compensation.
