ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Community&Merch Assistant
LOCATION: Hybrid (Milan - M2 Romolo)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Internship curricular
STARTING DATE: 3rd of June.
SALARY RANGE: €800 per month + MEAL VOUCHERS
What you'll do:
As part of the Community&Merch international team, you are also part of the Commercial department. This means that you’ll participate in all the international and local meetings about strategy and performance and you’ll learn and support in two different areas: Community and B2B, giving you the opportunity to deep dive in two jobs during the same internship.
You’ll be the moderator of our Facebook Group (+250k members) which is a great power - with great power comes great responsibility!
You’ll create amazing contents for our Facebook group after proper onboarding - creativity and new ideas are more than welcome;
You’ll interact with our WeRoaders on Facebook comments (also marketing campaigns) being one of the guarantors of our tone of voice;
You’ll shadow the Community& Merch specialist in handling our Instagram account interactions.
What we’re looking for:
You ae eager to enrich your academical path with a working experience in a fast-growing and dynamic company;
You are fine with working also on week-ends (remotely and max 4hrs per day) and have a day off during the week;
You are a people person and comfortable in interacting with the community both in private DMs, and in public comments and posting videos of yourself telling WeRoad’s insights;
You are native to Italy or speak the Italian language at a mother-tongue level and have lived experience of the Italian culture and ways of communicating;
You fluently speak English - German, French or Spanish are nice pluses;
You are sociable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
You love traveling, learning and meeting new people - i.e. you have the WeRoad spirit!
