ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Community Assistant

LOCATION: Milan (Hybrid)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Curricular or Extracurricular internship (6-months)

SALARY RANGE: 800/month

Starting from: March 2025

You'll be part of a team dedicated to engage the Community of our WeRoaders and to be the guarantor of the Italian website. We are part of a bigger team which is the Commercial department for Italy.

What you are going to do daily:

• manage our Facebook group with +190k members: accept and welcome new joiners, handle new posts requests, moderate comments, answer to private chats
• manage the comments under our sponsored ads on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
• assist the Community Specialist in the creation of contents for our Facebook group and Telegram channel
• have the chance to learn more about: community management, website and content management, review management

What are we looking for?

• hard skills: very basics knowledge of Facebook's dynamics, basic understanding of marketing and/or community dynamics, a bit of copywriting and perfect written Italian
• soft skills: empathy, open-mindness, openness to feedback, reliability, time management, team worker
• availability to do smart-working on weekends (4h per day - Friday off) - mandatory
