ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Customer Care Assistant

LOCATION: Madrid

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Paid CURRICULAR Internship (legal requirements, 800 euros/month), Full-time.

What you'll do:

• You’ll be the point of contact for our WeRoaders through all major channels (Phone, whatsapp and mail) after they’ve booked their dream trip, answering their questions and doubts, and providing them with useful pieces of advice.

• You’ll make sure that we have the documents from the passengers, according to the requirements of each tour (ID, driving licence, passport,...), as well as the data we need for the travel insurance.

• You’ll check the final payments are made on time.

• Participate in our We Bares events to share with our community and meet potential customers.

What we’re looking for:

• Being enrolled in a university or master's program and eligible to complete a curricular internship – this is a mandatory requirement.

• In this company we value proactive people.

• Ability to work under pressure and based on monthly targets. You are sociable and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• You are empathic and can put yourself in the other person’s feet, without forgetting the company side.

• You are currently based in Madrid, but you have a good level of English.

• You love traveling, learning, and meeting new people - i.e. you have the WeRoad spirit!
