ABOUT THE ROLE
JOB TITLE: Senior Product Manager - Supply
LOCATION: Full remote or Hybrid (Milan)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, full time
SALARY RANGE: 46k-60k + BONUS + 8€ MEAL VOUCHERS
What you'll do:
You will work in our supply operations ranging from creating the rooming arrangement in which tens of thousands of consumers will sleep to making our internal operations thrive.
Develop strong empathy for supply-side users (e.g. external Destination Management Companies across the globe, internal Country Managers and Tour Operations teams, external Marketplace partners and our Finance department)
Own the overall roadmap for tools that forecast/create/assemble WeRoad and marketplace (WeRoadX) trip products and manage trips lifecycle throughout from creation to the first trip departure and return (operatively and financially) and beyond.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for driving business and user outcomes
Serve as the main point-of-contact and overall lead within your product area
Experience with end-to-end product delivery (including writing product requirements and specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and wireframes)
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline
2+ years of experience in a product management role
Strong analytical mindset
Previous experience in scaling operations
Hands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Excellent project management, scheduling & prioritisation skills
Great communication skills
Experience in user research
