ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: AI Native Builder (People)
LOCATION: Milan (Hybrid)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: 12-months Fixed Term contract

What you'll do:

• Build and launch projects that reshape how our People Team operates, from recruitment and onboarding to performance and growth helping us scale faster and smarter.
  
  

• Automate and streamline People workflows, turning complexity (admin, data, feedback loops, reporting) into smooth, scalable systems.
  
  

• Spot inefficiencies in how the People Team works and design creative, AI-powered solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and impact.
  
  

• Partner with the People Team to translate their challenges into bold initiatives that raise the bar of how we support our employees.
  
  

• Drive experiments in engagement, and talent operations, testing and iterating approaches that keep WeRoad ahead of the curve.
  
  

• Use data and insights to track what’s working, make decisions based on evidence, and refine processes for maximum effectiveness.
  
  

• Be a builder: move from idea to prototype without waiting for permission, piloting new solutions directly within the People Team.
