ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE: Customer Care Assistant – Curricular Internship
LOCATION: Paris (hybrid role) - required to be based in Paris
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Curricular Internship, full time

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for our French WeRoaders, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience before, during, and after their trip.
  
  

• Handle inbound requests across multiple channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, social media, Zendesk).
  
  

• Support travelers with booking management, payments, travel documents, and last-minute requests.
  
  

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Travel Coordinators) to guarantee the best customer experience.
  
  

• Support Sales operations and team when needed to ensure best customer experience
  
  

• Manage FAQs, improve help center resources, and contribute ideas to optimize processes.
  
  

• Act as the “voice of the customer,” reporting recurring issues and suggesting improvements.
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Native-level French and strong English skills (both written and spoken).
  
  

• A people-person: empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
  
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
  
  

• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while staying calm under pressure.
  
  

• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
