→ If we're 100% convinced you're ready: You become a Travel Coordinator and start leading trips immediately.
→ If we have some doubts: We'll invite you to join the Bootcamp at 50% discount vs. standard fee. This gives you a chance to prove yourself in person, and gives us full confidence in your leadership. Either way, you're moving forward.

- Flat-rate reimbursement for local expenses
