Before applying, please take a moment to read carefully how the Express Selection Process works and what to expect.

🔍 Selection Process

Step 1 – Video Application
Tell us more about yourself and why you’d like to become a Travel Coordinator.

Step 2 – Online Group Interview
If you pass the Group Interview, you’ll officially become a WeRoad Travel Coordinator and gain access to the WeRoad Community.

⚡ What’s different from the Classic Selection Process?

The Express Selection Process is designed for travelers who already know WeRoad and want to get started faster.

• You won’t need to attend the Bootcamp (a 2-day, in-person, paid selection event with limited capacity).

• This path allows you to become a Travel Coordinator in a shorter timeframe.

🌍 Tour Assignment Conditions

• First tour

  • WeRoad package covered

  • Transfers to reach the destination and personal expenses are at your own cost

• Second tour

  • WeRoad package covered

  • Transfers to reach the destination covered by WeRoad

  • Flat-rate reimbursement for local expenses

• From the third tour onwards

  • All of the above

  • Plus compensation
